Processing Time
Since most of our products are handmade and customized, order preparation requires approximately 20 to 30 business days.
Some urgent or ready stock products may dispatch earlier.
Shipping Partner
Orders are shipped via Shiprocket and associated courier partners.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 3–7 days
- Other locations: 5–10 days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service area.
Tracking Details
Customers will receive shipping/tracking information on registered mobile number or email once order is dispatched.
Shipping Delays
LippanEdge is not liable for courier delays caused by:
- weather conditions,
- strikes,
- transport disruptions,
- remote area service limitations.
