LippanEdge is an online handmade decor business owned and operated by Vaishnavi Panchal, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We specialize in handmade Lippan art wall decor, wedding hath thapa, custom nameplates, traditional Gujarati decor items, and personalized decorative products.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products listed on our website are handmade or custom-made in nature. Slight variations in:

  • color,
  • texture,
  • mirror placement,
  • handwork detailing,
  • finish,

may occur due to manual craftsmanship. Such natural variations shall not be considered defects.

Product images are for representation purposes only.

3. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customized and made-to-order products are created according to customer-provided names, photos, text, measurements, or design preferences.

Once customization work has started:

  • cancellation may not be possible,
  • design changes may not be accepted,
  • delivery timelines may vary depending on complexity.

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct customization details.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • successful payment receipt, or
  • Cash on Delivery confirmation (where applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • incomplete information,
  • suspected fraud,
  • product unavailability,
  • pricing error,
  • abusive conduct.

5. PRICING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or handling charges may be added during checkout.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through:

  • Razorpay
  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

LippanEdge does not store confidential banking credentials.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As our products are handmade/customized, standard dispatch time is approximately 20 to 30 business days.

Unexpected delays may occur during:

  • festive seasons,
  • courier disruptions,
  • natural calamities,
  • customer approval delays for custom orders.

Shipping is handled through trusted logistics partners.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

  • product designs,
  • images,
  • descriptions,
  • branding,
  • logo,
  • custom patterns,

belongs exclusively to LippanEdge and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LippanEdge shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses,
  • courier delays,
  • customer misuse,
  • minor handmade variations,
  • incorrect customer-provided details.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
